ZFK 4x25 was designed and built in East Germany for use on the MPi-AKS-74N (AK74N) rifles.

Seen in use with members of the polish 56 Special operations company, photos probably date from the early 90s. Note the use of AKMs as the host rifle, and not a Tantal or AK74. The scopes elevation cam would have been off at longer ranges due to the difference in caliber.
